Water is the main sustainer of living for all living things. Could you imagine human life of plant life without water. Water looks so simple yet it is a very essential part of our existence as it helps keep everything in check.
Without water, food will not be digestible. Without water, we would not e able to get wastes out of our system. Without water, we could die. A world without water may bring Armageddon.
Water still plays a major role when it comes to losing weight.
Losing weight involves shedding off some fat from our body in order to live a more healthy life.
So how does one lose weight by drinking water?
Although there has been several publications and tools about using water therapy to lose weight, I just thought I should add a bit on it too.

Here is what you need to do:
- Drink at least a glass of water before and after each meal
- Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and last thing at night
- Drink water after sweating
- Drinkg water whenever you feel hungry
- Keep to three meals a day plan and drink more water if you can't wait for the next meal
- Don't eat in between meals
- Make sure you drink only clean water
- Don't eat at the wrong times, try to space your three meals between 6 hr intervals
- Drink more water than food

If you stick to the above steps, you will definitely lose some weight in a week and feel more healthy.

Drinking water is good but drinking too much water can be bad for you too.
