What does it take to buy things on Amazon from Nigeria? I would like to buy things like clothes and computer accessories but I don't know how to go about it. How will I pay them and how will they deliver to me? Are there any US websites that ship to Nigeria and accept payments from Nigeria?

You will need a Visa or Mastercard for a start.

Will they accept my ATM Visa card? That is the only one I have.

Yes it will be accepted. Just ensure it is activate for online shopping. You can try buying Amazon gift cards by email to try if it's accepted.

To shop on Amazon and have your goods delivered to Nigeria, you just need to have the following things in place:

- Internet access
- Amazon account
- Visa or Mastercard
- A US mail forwarding service

There are also alternative websites you can buy things online in Nigeria such as Jumia, Dealdey, Konga, Kaymu, Gloo, Supermart and so on. They allow you to check out the prices of stuff, buy them and even choose to pay cash after you have received it.
